Our mission is to revolutionize B2B marketing by developing an AI-based operating system that serves as an agentic co-pilot for CMOs and their teams.

This role requires a skilled Backend AI Developer with a strong foundation in Python and hands-on experience in backend frameworks like Django REST Framework.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the architecture and support the initial launch of our product, building SaaS and AI software applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users.

  • Support the successful launch of our product
  • Develop cutting-edge SaaS and AI software applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Python and Django rest framework with at least 2 years of real-world experience
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems – from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating
  • Experience building AI agents and using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar
  • Experience with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB
  • Experience working with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Good English communication skills to work in an international environment
