About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of professionals and lead them to achieve their targets. You will be responsible for accurately planning, forecasting, and achieving client retention targets in your assigned set of clients.

You will also build and maintain productive relationships with clients through regular communication, recruit, train, and retain your team members by formulating their developmental plans and ensuring they meet their training needs.

Your key responsibilities will include resolving client complaints promptly and efficiently, collaborating with the field sales team to achieve revenue and client retention targets, and conducting daily telephone or video calls with clients to discuss their progress and address any concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 20-30 individuals and lead them to achieve their targets.
  • Client Retention: Accurately plan, forecast, and achieve client retention targets in the assigned set of clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain productive relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and retain your team members by formulating their developmental plans and ensuring they meet their training needs.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the field sales team to achieve revenue and client retention targets through systematic follow-up and timely closures.
