The Real Estate Transaction Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end property closing process. This role requires strong coordination between buyers, sellers, legal teams, banks, and internal departments to ensure timely and error-free closures.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire property transaction lifecycle from booking to registration/handover.

* Coordinate with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.

* Ensure accuracy of agreements, facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders, and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
