Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

Data Analysis and Insights: We seek a skilled business intelligence analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and customer data from our point-of-sale systems. The ideal candidate will prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on store performance, online orders, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they will support decision-making by identifying sales trends, upselling opportunities, and cost inefficiencies.

Point-of-Sale System Support: As the first point of contact for all POS-related issues in stores, the successful candidate will troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with the POS vendor for resolution. They will also train store staff on POS usage, updates, and best practices to ensure data accuracy and system uptime across multiple outlets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandatory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry or multi-store retail operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and POS support.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex data insights in simple terms to operational teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to support teams across multiple cities.
