Key Role: AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Intelligent Products: Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models to create cutting-edge products that drive business value.
  • Optimize Search and RAG Systems: Enhance data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for seamless Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Create Evaluation Frameworks: Design robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Experience with AI Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
