  6. Guide cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML service adoption to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Architect database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling solutions to support business needs.
  8. Manage RFP/Pre-sales efforts to secure new business opportunities.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and teamwork among team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading high-performing teams in AI-based application development.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, RAG, Langgraph, Agentic AI, NLP, and Client Handling.
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.
