Artificial Intelligence Visionary

We are seeking an innovative leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and drive growth in the matchmaking industry. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive AI roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.

As a visionary AI leader, you will be responsible for championing the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality. You will also leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and overall customer experience.

In this pivotal role, you will lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights. Additionally, you will build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI/ML Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  • AI/ML Integration: Champion the integration of AI and LLMs to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Recommendation Engines: Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and overall customer experience.
  • Analytics Initiatives: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development.
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
