We are seeking a visionary AI Strategist to spearhead our artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. As the head of AI/ML, you will define and drive the strategic direction for these technologies in alignment with our business objectives.

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models to drive innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in NLP, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and MLOps to lead the development of scalable AI-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Management: Establish best practices for data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, and AI governance.
  • Generative AI Solutions: Architect and implement generative AI solutions with a focus on improving conversational AI experiences.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.) for various business applications.
  • Text Generation: Work on text generation, semantic search, intent recognition, and AI-driven recommendation systems.
  • MLOps Implementation: Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model retraining, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and productionization.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members and collaborating with key stakeholders to align AI strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven applications.
  • Proficiency in classical ML and deep learning techniques, including CNNs, LSTMs, GANs, Transformers, etc.
  • Strong experience with GPT, BERT, T5, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, and SpaCy.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and MLOps tools.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.
