Senior Investment Accounting Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of experienced investment accountants and contribute to the success of our organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the fund accounting team, including managing cash and liquidity, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze complex financial data. They will also be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide timely reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced investment accountants
  • Oversee the daily operations of the fund accounting team
  • Manage cash and liquidity, including bridge facilities and treasury positions
  • Review and approve financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX and GAAP
Requirements:
  • CA or ACCA certification
  • 10+ years of experience in investment accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of private equity and alternative asset structures
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
  • Ability to meet deadlines and solve complex problems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in finance or accounting
  • Experience working with global teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Certification in risk management or audit
