Mobile App Growth Marketer

We're seeking a skilled performance-driven marketer to lead our mobile app growth initiatives. This role involves designing and executing paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.

As a seasoned marketer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating and optimising paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Apple, and Google
  • Developing user acquisition funnels that scale profitably
  • Leveraging AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimisation
  • Analyzing campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Staying up-to-date with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Hands-on experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI

Nice to Have:

  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
