Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to lead the development, assignment, and management of maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing engineering activities across all key areas of instrumentation technology, including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzers, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation (e.g. Transmitters, control valves, flow meters, analyzers)
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities
  • Develop and implement standard instrumentation maintenance procedures and test intervals across similar asset classes
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and condition monitoring tasks with respect to assets
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and standards related to instrumentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical and instrumentation engineering

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with expertise in field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzer, and control systems.

Strong understanding of asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
