Job Title: Product Consultant

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma and instrumentation, with a minimum of 2-7 years of experience in product consulting or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience working on pharma projects, preferably with instrumentation knowledge.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate patience and empathy when listening to customer queries, as well as possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

They will also be willing to learn and quickly adapt to our team's dynamics, being flexible to travel for implementation purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Caliber products to Customers
  • On-site build Installations and configurations
  • Evaluate Customer Requirements
  • Assist in Project Kickoff and Planning
  • Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) / Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
  • Installation Qualification Protocol Execution
  • Train End-users on Caliber Products
  • Install Production Build and Database Maintenance Plan Creation
  • Onsite Support and Customer Call Handling
  • Reproduce Reported Issues or Test Cases at Offsite
  • Patch Updating and Maintenance
  • Installation of Training, UAT, and Production Builds
  • Operational Qualification Execution
  • Schedule PQ Execution with Customer
  • Interface Configurations
  • Test Script Execution
  • Internal Validation Assistance of Product
  • Validation Script Execution
  • Document Issues and Deviations during On-Site Validation
  • Review Validation Outputs with Customer
  • Prepare Validation Summary Report
