Job Description

This full-time role involves working as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer based in Faridabad. The job entails day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, process control, and managing electrical and instrumentation tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and instrumentation used in our thermal engineering solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts.
  • Select and specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters.
  • Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (preferably Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site.
  • Maintain documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants preferred).
  • Key Skills:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, etc.).
  • HMI/SCADA development.
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics.
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel.
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance.
