Lead Data Engineer for Innovation and Growth

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in data engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a strong foundation of data engineering practices, defining differentiating solutions for data-related RFPs/proposals, and contributing to practice-level projects.

  • Develop and implement data migration, modernization, and governance strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative data engineering solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in data engineering.
  • Proven expertise in Azure and AWS data services, including data migration and modernization.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming language.
  • Good understanding of AI and its impact on data-driven decision-making.
