Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising campaigns and be able to strategize, create, and oversee the implementation of successful campaigns.

The Paid Marketing Specialist will work closely with clients, marketing teams, and sales teams to build strong results-driven online paid campaigns. This includes conducting research to learn about the target audience, running engaging advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, and analyzing results to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to meet client goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience needs and preferences
  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and social media
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
