Job Summary

As a seasoned communications manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our organization's political domain and election campaigns. Your expertise in developing strategic storytelling messaging and executing digital advertising plans will drive meaningful change in the political landscape of India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling narratives on election campaigns and political domains
  • Strategize and execute digital advertising plans in coordination with the Digital Advertising team
  • Lead people management and recruit high-caliber individuals to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise content creators across various platforms and monitor competitor activity
  • Support development of advertising materials and track new trends in the industry

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Indian politics, history, and current affairs
  • 4-10 years of professional experience in media organizations
  • Digital media native with social media communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and campaign execution
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and be flexible
  • Extensive knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, thumbnails, captions, and tags
  • Expertise in long-format content strategy, audience engagement, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in Telugu is highly desirable
