Job Summary:

Talasha is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the end-to-end operations of its quick service app in Alwar, India.

As City Operations Head, you will be responsible for leading city-wide operations, managing ground staff, and optimizing delivery networks to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Lead city-wide operations to enable on-time delivery of services to customers.
  • Manage end-to-end ground staff and last mile operations, including deployment, training, uptime, servicing, and utilization.
  • Analyze processes and procedures to identify improvements for customer satisfaction metrics, cost reduction, and service efficiency.
  • Design an optimized instant-delivery network to reduce delivery timelines and increase network efficiency.
  • Build scalable processes that expand value propositions and can be replicated in top cities across the country.
  • Create performance monitoring metrics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, cost per service, etc.
  • Build and lead teams of hub executives and recruiters.
  • Drive service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by operations teams.

Requirements:

  • 10-14 years of experience driving business and last mile operations.
  • Experience handling operations P&L, large grey collar teams, and complex ground operations.
  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own performance metrics.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
