Customer Service & Operations Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Accreditation and Quality team as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering successful accreditation and business outcomes, while also supporting staff through their accreditation journey.

Your primary focus will be on building, maintaining, and delivering capability across all geographies to provide AQSS support for every new recruit's accreditation journey and upskill resources.

You will work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements to the TM accreditation model for UK and India processes, introducing quality control frameworks to support challenges within quality.

To excel in this role, you will need strong customer service abilities, customer and industry knowledge, and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

You will also require the ability to work accurately to deadlines and with high levels of attention to detail, managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have six plus years of experience within Financial Crime or Transaction Monitoring, a six-month SAR reporting accreditation, and previous experience in coaching and providing feedback and training.

The role requires an awareness of changes in trends, policies, and regulations, with an understanding of our industry and its customers.

You will demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, a good knowledge and experience of successfully coaching staff through their accreditation journey, and an understanding of the financial services industry and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building, maintaining, and delivering capability across all geographies to provide AQSS support for every new recruit’s accreditation journey and upskill resources.
  • Providing SME capability to change programmes such as design processes, UAT testing.
  • Driving continuous improvements to TM accreditation model for UK and India processes.
  • Introducing quality control framework to support the challenges within quality.
