Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including R2P, Sourcing category managers, TPRM, Operation risk team, operations teams, technical team, and Process and Business integrated teams.
  • Manage Level 1 query resolution, ensuring prompt assistance for all sourcing until payment related queries.
  • Provide Travel and Expense support, EASE, Non-EASE countries, REDUX support, oversee Knowledge Articles Management and E-Pro approvals.
  • Lead by example, building the appropriate culture and values, setting the right tone and expectations from their team, and working collaboratively with risk and control partners.
  • Ensure ongoing training and development of people, ensuring that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles.
Risk Management

Achieve accurate and timely communication with customers, handle S2C, R2P queries, escalations, and exceptions properly, mitigating risks of delayed deliveries through appropriate control measures.

Governance

Act as the risk control owner under the relevant SCM Operational Risk framework as per the established DOI for the process.

Additional Responsibilities

Fulfill regulated roles, lead the country, business unit, function XXX team, to achieve the outcomes set out in the bank's Conduct Principles.
