Project Manager - HRM & Plate Mill

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our HRM & Plate Mill projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of multiple projects, including HRM revamp and Plate Mill projects. This will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, and SAP.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
