Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Pune. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, and offering printer support.

Daily tasks include hardware management, resolving technical queries, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The role requires effective communication with users to identify and resolve problems swiftly.
