Job Overview

This role focuses on acquiring customers through strategic partnerships with banks and insurance institutions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the life insurance sector, demonstrating their ability to successfully handle sales processes from initial consultations to policy issuance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring new customers through effective utilization of bank databases and other resources.
  • Completing sales by ensuring the timely completion of medical reports and expediting policy document issuance.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new markets and segments aligned with the company's sales strategy.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers and bank sales teams as requested by the sales manager, providing coaching on company knowledge, products, services, and selling skills.

Key Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in insurance sales across any channel, preferably within the BFSI industry.
  • A strong track record and commitment to employment stability.
  • Relevant education qualifications such as a graduation degree.
