Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to generate insurance sales through various channels, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop a strategy to drive periodic BTL activities to increase the prospect base through natural market, regional development support, and corporate worksites.
  • Establish regular contact with qualified prospects to maximize face-to-face meetings and conversions.
  • Employ a needs-based selling approach, tailored to customers' profiles and financial requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all prospects in the work-in-progress stage, updating and enriching their information in the Leads Management System (LMS).
  • Continuously track performance in LMS/VYMO and optimize process efficiency, aiming for maximum meetings percentage and prospect-conversion rate.
  • Encourage referrals from prospects/customers and build personal pipeline to expand the funnel size.
  • Assist and coordinate with customers for medical formalities, document collection, and policy issuance facilitation.
  • Maintain accuracy in completing all procedural requirements for policy issuance and ensure speedy issuance tracking.
