Job Title: Expert Java Backend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Java Backend Specialist to support and maintain critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of experience in Application Support, particularly in Java, Jenkins, and Oracle DB Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Java-based backend applications ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins integrating tools for code quality security checks and artifact management.
  • Perform end-to-end Oracle Database administration including installation configuration monitoring performance tuning and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues collaborating with development QA and infrastructure teams.
  • Monitor application and database performance proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Support release management and ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
  • Participate in incident problem and change management processes following ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Engage in root cause analysis and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
