Duration : Full-time (Permanent)

Experience for Developers : 6 to 8 Years

Mandatory Skills : Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices API, Kubernetes, AWS (Banking domain experience is essential).

Qualifications for Developers :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Java development.

- Proficiency in Java and J2EE.

- Working experience with Design patterns, Spring, and Hibernate.

- Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL is a plus.

- Experience collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate.

- Solid knowledge of design skills.

- Proficiency in refactoring, best coding practices, and code optimization.

- Good Oracle or SQL skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a capacity to quickly assimilate large amounts of information.

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong desire to take ownership and lead end-to-end project execution.

- Comfortable working with remote teams
