Paid Digital Marketing Expert

Work with us as a remote Paid Digital Specialist responsible for managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in campaign setup execution and optimization.
About the RoleWe prioritize quality over volume which means you'll work on high-performing clients have the space to do things properly and receive support to grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan set up launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build and maintain account structures that support efficient testing and long-term scale
- Stay on top of algorithm changes audience trends and platform updates
- 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience working with both ecommerce and lead generation clients
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Confident setting up conversion tracking including GA4 Google Ads and Meta Events
- Comfortable navigating Shopify and understanding how to connect and optimize ad tracking
You will be part of a boutique growth agency partnering with select ecommerce and lead generation brands focusing on quality over volume and providing opportunities for growth.
Note we are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience who can work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
