About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist our customers via chat and email during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email during night shift hours.
- Providing personalized assistance to customers, offering tailored solutions and guidance.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborating closely with other team members for seamless customer support operations.
- Staying up-to-date on product/service knowledge, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the enhancement of customer support procedures.
Requirements:
This is an in-office day job, with previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred. Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of English, are essential. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment is also required.
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently during night shift hours. Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work occasional weekends or holidays is also desired.
