Lead UI Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced and talented Lead UI Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

As the Lead UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and seamless experience of our digital products.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Design Execution: Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs. Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
