Job Opportunity:

Freelance UX Researcher

This role is ideal for an independent professional seeking to lead strategic initiatives and inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on defining research goals, investigating user behaviors, developing research plans, evaluating and analyzing usability, synthesizing and sharing insights, collaborating across teams, driving research innovation, and measuring research impact.

  • Experience in defining qualitative and quantitative research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing progress and findings to drive alignment and results.
  • A history of independently planning and executing UX/MR research activities using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Key qualifications include a strong portfolio highlighting proven ability with qualitative + quantitative methods and expertise in user-centered design principles.
