EHS Specialist with COTS and WERCS

Our organization is seeking a dedicated EHS Specialist to join our team, with expertise in COTS software and WERCS. This critical role will contribute to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in WERCS and its functionalities, as well as proficiency in software development/DBMS skills (SQL and .NET).
  • System Integration: Strong skills with API technology and DTE (Data Transfer Engine) interface are required for this position.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory and risk management assessment for compliance to applicable regulations, including GHS, DG, TSCA, OSHA, EPA, EU REACH, ECHA, etc., is essential.
  • Leadership: As a technical representative, the EHS Specialist will lead stakeholders and business owners to meet business objectives and overall compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Data Management: Support maintenance of various databases, including clients' internal database, clients' website, Customs, and the external WERCS portal for product registration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and be familiar with SDLC under GxP regulation.

This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
