HSE Professional

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to support the safe execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with a passion for promoting a safety-first culture across all project phases.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations in the oil and gas petrochemical industries.
• Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering or Science or HSE discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certificate.
• Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications.
• Incident Investigation Techniques certificate.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioral aspects in the EPC business.
• Ability to lead a team of HSE personnel.
• Sound understanding of HSE Management System and legislative requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans, and site-specific HSE procedures/work instructions.
• Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment etc.).
• Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW.
• Ability to implement practical H2S control measures.
• Ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections.
• Ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes.
