A Managerial Role in Process Optimization and Safety.

We are seeking a highly skilled National Process Manager to lead process engineering, safety, and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing plants. This strategic role demands proactive leadership, effective design optimization, and seamless execution of new plant setups to drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments, implement Management of Change, and drive sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery.
  • Enhance process safety compliance, reduce environmental impact, improve plant performance, and align with business goals through data-driven insights and management presentations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • At least 10 years of experience in process engineering design, process optimization, and process safety roles in manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in process design, process safety assessments, and sustainability integration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and process safety frameworks is highly desirable.
