This role is responsible for developing high-quality instructional materials that cater to the needs of students and educators alike.

The ideal candidate will have excellent instructional design skills, with experience in creating interactive and immersive learning experiences. Strong communication and project management skills are also essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop engaging and effective instructional materials, including storyboards, visualizations, and learning resources.\
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless integration of multimedia elements into the final product.\
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and relevant content that meets the needs of learners.\
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all content is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.\
  • 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or corporate education.\
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint, and familiarity with video editing software.\
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and simplify them visually, with strong visualization and visual design skills.
