Job Title: UI Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled UI designer to enhance our product offerings. This role involves designing intuitive user experiences across various solutions.

  • Work on multiple projects, from research to high-fidelity design and prototyping.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, ensuring user-centric solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Create and maintain design systems for consistency across projects.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with client branding.
  • Work closely with developers for smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Skills:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.

Preferred skills include knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles, experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or enterprise applications, and a basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
