Experienced UX Design Leader

Cultivate intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products by leveraging user-centered design methods and usability principles.

This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes, including AI and Copilot tools.

We seek an experienced professional who can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs, and developers.
  • Create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Solve complex design problems using creative and critical thinking.
  • Present work across different disciplines using excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Proven experience in creating functional prototypes.
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.
  • Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.

  • Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.
