
Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design and develop engaging, interactive learning experiences that drive meaningful change in our clients' employees.
This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, with a passion for creating immersive and interactive learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, the ability to write, edit, and proof-read quality content, and a strong background in instructional design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees
- Customize content based on learning need analysis
- Author content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations
- Write scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences
- Design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games)
- Develop learning experiences strongly rooted in behavioural science
- Utilize internal and external technology platforms to design engaging virtual learning experiences
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Interest in behavioural skills development
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
