Internal Auditor Job Description

As an Internal Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial integrity of our organization by uncovering hidden risks and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement audit plans with clear scope, objectives, and timelines using data analytics to focus on key risks and high-impact audits.
  • Data Analytics in Auditing: Design data-driven audit methodologies for better effectiveness.
  • Risk Assessment & Management: Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks and prioritize audit areas using analytics, collaborating on mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Audits: Audit manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Auditing & Reporting: Conduct financial audits, verify accuracy with data analytics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards, monitoring ongoing compliance using analytics, especially in health, safety, and environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use analytics to drive process improvements and track audit recommendations promoting continuous improvement.
  • Confidentiality & Ethical Standards: Ensure responsible data handling, following privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications: Fully Qualified CA.
