About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientific Trainee to join our team at Podhikai Scientific Pvt Ltd. As a Scientific Trainee, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, interpreting data, and collaborating with senior analysts to support data needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analyses using chromatography, spectroscopy, and other techniques.
  • Interpret and report data from analyses.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical chemistry.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and precision of test results.

Requirements:
  • M.Sc., in chemistry/physics/biology (Fresher).
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, methodologies, and stay updated with industry trends in analytics and data science.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a team of senior analysts, and other resource persons to support data needs.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of analytical chemistry techniques.
  • Good at MS-Office.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, or techniques that are introduced in the workplace.
  • Basic understanding of how to manage smaller data projects, including setting timelines, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • M.Sc./M.Phil. Chemistry/Physics/Pharma/life science with 2 to 4 Years relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport with all levels within the organization with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • The ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Basic understanding of the Analytical testing lab. Time Management. & Planning skills.
