About the Role:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.

    • Audience Targeting & Ad Copy Creation:

      • Set up and execute targeted campaigns with compelling ad creatives that resonate with our audience.

    • Optimization & Analytics:

      • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates.

      • Data-Driven Decision Making:

        • Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and funnel optimization to improve campaign outcomes.

      • Cost Optimization:

        • Optimize ad spend to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) while scaling traffic and conversions.

    • Reporting & Insights:

      • Create data-driven reports to communicate campaign results to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.

    Collaboration & Communication:

    • Team Collaboration:

      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales teams, to align campaigns with business objectives.

    • Vendor Management:

      • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and third-party trackers to ensure seamless campaign execution.

    Innovation & Professional Development:

    • Staying Ahead of the Curve:

      • Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to propose innovative strategies for enhancing campaign performance and brand visibility.

    • Continuing Education:

      • Pursue ongoing education and training in digital marketing to stay current on best practices and industry developments.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Digital marketing experience, preferably in a performance marketing role
