We are seeking a seasoned Catalog Manager to oversee the growth and development of our toy product line. This key role will be responsible for managing the entire brand lifecycle, from onboarding new brands to launching them across various channels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in category management, specifically in offline retail and e-commerce. A deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks is essential. Additionally, expertise in marketplace/retail selling, including category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers, is required.
- Prior 8+ years of work experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce and at least 2+ years in the toys category preferred.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks.
- Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
- Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
- Proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, ops, tech, and analytics.
