About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Managing Partner.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling operations, driving growth, and managing high-performing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the overall business strategy to expand our service portfolio.
  • Business Development: Foster partnerships, introduce new revenue streams, and drive client acquisition across industries.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee profit and loss, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
  • Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • Strong P&L management skills, business expansion expertise, and capital allocation knowledge.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
