As a Senior Solutions Support Specialist, you will pro-actively participate in our wholesale product group adhering to the Agile methodology to facilitate continuous improvements. You will identify, analyze and document business processes and technical requirements (solution design, configuration, security, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Pro-actively participate in our wholesale product group adhering to the Agile methodology to facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Identify, analyze and document business processes and technical requirements (solution design, configuration, security, etc.).
  • Ensure that new solutions are clearly documented and that Subject Matter Experts are adequately trained.
  • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU (business as usual) issues.
  • Communicate regularly with business stakeholders during 90-day sprint planning sessions and project implementations.
  • Work closely with internal and external development teams on application design changes and issues.
  • Adhere to a strict change control policy for all application developments and configurations.
  • Lead QA efforts by designing and executing regression tests in support of system upgrades and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Experience in wholesale sales required.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry preferred.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering technical business solutions.
  • Experience working via the Agile methodology preferred.
  • Hands on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.
  • Proven ability to learn and test new business application functionalities.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and data sets in order to support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, including business documentation, such as business process documents, technical specifications and training documents, with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage business change initiatives within a large organization.
  • Experience in end-to-end global operations within a fashion brand preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies including Dynamics AX/365FO and Office 365 preferred.
  • Experience as a business analyst having previously worked on a large-scale project.
  • Logical thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
