Process Improvement Specialist Collections

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving process improvements across our collections organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing process improvements that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing new processes and procedures, and ensuring that all changes are communicated effectively to stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, and your ability to communicate complex ideas simply will ensure that stakeholders understand the benefits of proposed changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement or a related field
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements that drive business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
