Job Title

A high-performing Assistant Manager will lead all activities related to the Order to Cash domain, ensuring seamless execution and process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate PO requests from customers for accurate billing.
  • Interact with clients regularly to collect feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage Order to Cash collections and dispute resolution, implementing strategic plans effectively.
  • Communicate with end customers via calls and emails to collect overdue amounts.
  • Meet collection targets by driving customer engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with country/region financial managers through effective communication.
  • Participate in conference calls and governance meetings at the country/region level, collaborating closely with teams to achieve deliverables.
  • Identify and drive implementation of process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (MBA in Finance preferred).
  • Significant experience in Order to Cash operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
