Job Title: Order to Cash Strategic Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive efficient and effective cash application, cash collection, and cash flow management processes.

Candidates with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements in OTC operations will thrive in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Cash flow management and order management processes require analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve order management, direct sales, and off-market property management processes.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in OTC operations.
