Financial Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the entire process of share transfers, guaranteeing full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage share transfers, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.

In addition to managing share transfers, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and books of partners, preparing and updating financial statements, and supporting audit processes as needed.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management.

You will also ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations, assist in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations, and collaborate with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

Requirements:
  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
