**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage the full spectrum of our accounting operations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in cloud-based accounting software, preferably Zoho Books. This role requires a proactive finance expert capable of handling multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making through meaningful financial insights.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations in cloud-based accounting software.
  • Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flows and working capital effectively.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
  • Identify and implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation, ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong experience in handling banking operations.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments.
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and adaptability.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using cloud-based accounting software.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting software.
  • Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques.
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices.
