Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone and ticketing systems.

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues clearly
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

You will work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. In addition, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through continuous learning and mentoring peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with DDI solutions
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Exposure to network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support
