About Our Team
We are seeking a skilled Service Reliability Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and observability of enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure uptime and reliability for enterprise data platforms using proactive automation and observability techniques.
- Design and manage monitoring tools to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data processes such as O2C and P2P.
- Support CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps with shift-left security.
- Automate recurring tasks and build documentation, dashboards, and remediation runbooks.
- Contribute to initiatives around centralized observability, predictive analytics, and playbook-driven incident triage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-15 years of experience in SRE, data engineering, or platform support roles.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python, with the ability to debug and maintain ELT pipelines.
- Ability to read and interpret code repositories (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Strong collaboration skills to engage across tools and business domains.
- Knowledge of Snowflake architecture and BI platforms like Power BI and Looker.
- Prior experience with on-call rotations, follow-the-sun teams, and alerting systems.
