About the Role:

Union Living is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its high-energy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency experience in social media and brand strategy to bring their expertise in-house and help build a lasting brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to grow Union Living's presence across digital and offline channels.
  • Own the company's brand voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan monthly content calendars, trend-jacking campaigns, and community-led content.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality creatives.
  • Run paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with clear ROI goals.
  • Identify brand collaboration opportunities with lifestyle, hospitality, and youth-centric brands.
  • Conceptualize and market resident community events (festivals, workshops, mixers, cultural nights).
  • Drive event visibility via social media, influencer tie-ups, and offline collaterals.
  • Partner with F&B, lifestyle, and entertainment brands to sponsor/co-host events.
  • Execute property branding (standees, posters, flyers, collaterals).
  • Explore co-branding and sponsorships to increase visibility.
  • Track campaign performance, event ROI, and brand engagement metrics.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably with agency experience handling social media + brand strategy for hospitality/lifestyle/youth brands.
  • Strong grasp of content creation, campaign planning, and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads, influencer marketing, and community events.
  • Ownership of end-to-end brand marketing at a high-growth hospitality startup.
